The Suites

Garden View Enhanced Care provides our residents with enhanced living services tailored to meet each resident’s needs. We encourage our residents to maintain their independence for as long as possible. However, our enhanced care program will provide an extra level of security and care when the need arises.

Amenities included in the base monthly rental rate:

  • Twenty-four hour staff on site to implement and coordinate resident care needs.
  • Personal Care Attendants providing care with Wellness Coordinator oversight.
  • Emergency Call System in each apartment; call pendant issued to each resident.
  • Social, therapeutic, & recreational activities program.
  • Complimentary scheduled medical and errand transportation.*
  • Twice weekly light housekeeping, personal laundry (up to two loads) and flat linen service.
  • Daily breakfast, lunch & a light evening meal served in the Dining Room.
  • All utilities including basic cable TV service, local telephone service and Wi-Fi
  • Meal and activity reminders. Attendance checks by staff at each mealtime.
  • Full size frost-free refrigerator, microwave, window-blinds and ceiling fans in every apartment.
  • Walk-in closet with additional pantry and linen closet in each apartment.
  • Quarterly assessment of needs coordinated with resident/representative.
  • Physician follow up with scheduling of appointments and coordination of transportation.
  • Smoke Alarms, Full Sprinkler System and Security Surveillance Cameras throughout entire building.
  • Escorts to and from activities and meals.
  • Routine checks every two-hours.
  • Daily bed making.
  • Medication reminders upon assessment of cognitive ability.
  • Hydration Program

 

Activities of Daily Living Assistance as needed:

    • Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
    • Incontinence management.
    • Assistance with one person transfers.

Security Features:

    • Additional camera monitoring
    • Door sensors to alert staff when resident leaves their room
    • Designated staffing for consistent monitoring

Move-In Fee:  $1,250.00  

To be placed on our priority waiting list, interested parties must submit a $1,250.00 fee.  The fee will be 100% refundable until an apartment has been selected and reserved for move-in.  Once an apartment is reserved, the Move-In fee becomes NON-REFUNDABLE unless during the pre-assessment process the resident is deemed unqualified for admission.
